Project Submission for Investment & Consulting

Submit your business or project proposal to the Finance Centre (FC) for review by our committee. Eligible projects may receive investment guidance, professional consulting, and ongoing support for the development of businesses, organisations, or community initiatives.

How to Submit Your Project

Submit your project proposal for committee review. If your project is approved, a formal agreement will be provided following a meeting with the Finance Centre.

Project Support

Finance Centre may provide:

  • Professional consulting services
  • Ongoing guidance throughout the project
  • Account and financial monitoring
  • Work and project progress monitoring until completion

Our goal is to support projects from planning through successful completion.

Responsible Use of Funds

If project funds are misused or if inaccurate or misleading information is provided, the Finance Centre reserves the right to withdraw its support and discontinue funding immediately.

Commitment to Project Completion

The Finance Centre will continue to support approved projects until completion, even when administrative challenges or natural disasters cause delays, subject to the terms of the agreement.

Continuity of the Project

If the original project owner passes away or is unable to continue supporting the project, the Finance Centre may appoint a suitable replacement project owner to ensure the successful completion of the project, in accordance with the agreed terms.

Project Approval & Accountability

All projects are subject to review, approval, financial oversight, and accountability by the Finance Centre.

Construction Projects

For construction projects, the approved building plan will not be changed without the approval of both the Finance Centre Committee and the Construction Department.

Property, Funds & Asset Donations

Individuals or organisations wishing to donate property, funds, or other assets for charitable purposes or to support people in need may contribute them to the Centre Foundation, where they will be managed in accordance with the Foundation’s objectives and applicable legal requirements.
